Solveig	10 Şub 2007 12:27 I have heard from glasgow (in scottland), leeds, loughbrough and from kent, all of them want a 14 on the bac, kent wants a 13. LSE wrote to my adviser and wants to know more details about the abitur, which i also will be getting. Now I am still waiting for an answer by newcastle and London school of economics. yeah i get to listen now! that's really cool, well now I have that class in the morning, but in the morning is a lot better than at night. I just had a math test, well I am really bad with logarithms... have a great weekend! Solveig

Solveig	29 Kas 2006 21:51 wow, that must have been scary a house burning down on thanksgiving (I live in fear of fire) and a heart attack isn't the thing that one wants to have either. My family came over from Germany (3 people could not come, my uncles wife and their 2 kids, well actually he lives in Switzerland with his family). Thanksgiving was really nice, I had a bac blanc on saturday morning, that's a mock exam, it was in ecnomics on the taylorism/fordism and tototism. Later on saturday I went to Paris with my uncle and my sister. At night we went out to dinner to L'Etoile, it's a very good restaurant, after dinner we went downstairs to dance in the club (l'etoile is the best club in Paris, the hardest to get into), I love ging to the disco, even through this time the music wasn't the best, event through they played two songs by Martin Solveig, he's a French dj who has managed to make great music for dancing (electronica and dance, haha using itunes descriptions here, and all the music is in English). Well I especially like the fact that his last name is my firstname. I did not listen to your show since I was in my preperation class for the goncours general d'anglais (we get taught how to translate stuff from English into French, it;s quite a prestegious thing in France to be doing, I will have an 5 hour exam in March I think). Yesterday I had my Oral for the Proficiency, I need that to study at LSE, it proves my level of English. I found out today that I have a miserable written english, really really bad. I have to improve that until the 14th of December, because then I will be having the written part of the Proficiency. oh la la.... I got my SAT results yesterday (I must look like someone that takes every test that comes my way, well it is kinda true) when I am done with school I will definitley have The French Version of the International Baccalaureate, The German Abitur, I took the SAT reasoning test, I am in the middle of taking the Cambrige Certificate of Proficiency English, I will do the Concours General d'Anglais, as well as the Concours General d'Allemand. At the moment I am failling my Math class, I just can't do statistics, now it's getting better (some real math). wow now my message is really long, but I like telling you about myself, I hope that it doesn't bother you. Solveig	18 Kas 2006 07:30 World Rock Paper Scissors Championships that is amazing, even if you did not win, it's a cool event to have been to I guess. I will have a soccer match later on today, I could not play last weekend because I was sick, I slept for days and days I missed Monday and Tuesday of school, I hate missing school. I was alright until last night when my boyfriend told me that he wants to take a "break" so I gues it's over now. Ah my advisor liked my personal statement, she just said that the intoduction was too collocial, so I changed that, mr, Cathcart (one of the advisors) told me to start with 9/11 since that was what pushed me to get so interested in politics. Mrs marks has not send me a corrected version of my statement, she is up in London I think. I also had to give papers to my teachers to fill out for my letter of recommendation, everything is going to be ok but I am scared of what the math teacher will say. Solveig
