Cut the sleeves off your jean jacket, shave half your head, and tattoo your ex-girlfriend’s name on your best friend, Y69 is coming to town. It's a night to invite Jack, Johnny, Jim and Jose as this band is best served with friends - one's who aren't too good to skank.
Getting their start in late 2001, Y69 has been everything punk is supposed to be without any of the bullshit. Buzz-saw guitars, drinking songs, choruses of “Oi” and beer soaked audience members define a band who’s all about having your party on their stage. Indie-rockers, and folk fanatics beware, this band eats banjos for breakfast. Up with the beers, upside down with the flags and into the streets with the party.
