What influenced you to become a musician?
I recall meeting up with three underground rappers known as Baby D, Loco and Be Real of Intoxicated to join the Oomp Camp Street Team to promote and to sell mixtapes. Since then, my inspiration as an artist to write music has been the key to my soul.
At what age did you begin to rap?
I started to rap at the age of twelve.
At what age did you actually begin writing your own lyrics?
I started writing my own music from since I was fourteen years old.
Who were your favorite artists?
I would have to say Tupac Shakur was first and then Biggie Smalls second.
Who supported you as a young artist?
My mother was the only person who supported me from since day one. She became my driving force way back when I wanted to become a dancer, before I found my niche in expressing myself lyrically.
What groups and labels were you once signed with?
I was once a member of the Cut Throat Boys back in the year of 2000. Then, I highlighted at the top of the roster for A1 Production in 2002. I later got signed onto H.O.T. Records in 2004. Im currently on a production deal with Cris & Jay.
What feel are you bringing back to the industry?
Im bringing back real music, both for the streets and for the general public. Im definitely not bringing the same old money, clothes, cars, dope, guns, and bitches music. What I offer is real life, inspiration, southern crunk, energy, and style with true lyrics.
Who do you respect as a writer in the music industry today?
Id have to say I respect Baby D, Young Jeezy, Ludacris, Nas, 50 cent, and T.I. for writing their own material.
Who do you respect as a dancer in the music industry today?
I respect Omarion and Marcus Houston for their dancing talent.
Do you have any hobbies?
The only hobbies I have are writing music, playing basketball, and watching movies.
