"The life of a professional musician has all the allure of a million dollars and a one-way ticket to being famous. Is it worth it? Well, Of course! But the only way to becoming a professional musician, is dedication and commitment. Says yA Boi LiL DuKe." Inspired by eariler artist such as Run DMC, Tupac Shakur, Notorious B.I.G. and various other MC's....yA Boi LiL DuKe began to develope not only a Love for Hip Hop, but a unique style seperating him from modern artist. His first apperance was at age 14, when featured on Killa Will's "MOVE(remix) " from the debut album "All in the Game" which appeared on Spike Lee's "Home invaders" soundtrack. Living in Indianapolis Indiana for two years but Being a native of Jackson Tennesse. Allowed LiL DuKe to take his Song writing abilities and Artistic skills to a peak. creating a buzz in parts of Indiana along with his home State as well. Landing back home by age 16 his local fan base was rapidly popularized , which increased his Name and soon World Wide spread. LiL DuKe says: when it all boils down to it, "I'm just a young artist trying to live out what I was put here to do, which is delivering a positive message by giving the World GOOD Music".
