Attendees are encouraged to dress in their yachting best OR dress up as their favorite Yacht Rock character. Boston Sword and Tuna (New England's finest source of seafood) is donating a ton of prizes for the best dressed sailors.
One night. Six bands. The smooth sounds of the Yacht Rock era. Join us at the Bulfinch Yacht Club on September 22 for a night of local music with an extra dose of smooth. Come dressed in your yachting best, or dress up as your favorite Yacht Rock character! Prizes for best yachting ensemble!
The Yacht Rock video series became an internet phenomenon upon its debut in 2005. There are ten episodes total, each about five minutes long, delving into the supposed origins of many popular songs from the smoothest era in popular music. We are in no way affiliated with the makers of Yacht Rock, but we think they're pretty rad.

Thanks for being friends with NORTHEAST PERFORMER. Wanted to drop you a line and tell you about our Fourth Ever PERFORMER Showcase at the Milky Way in Jamaica Plain, MA this Sunday. Doors are at 9:00 PM (21+) and the cover is a measly $7. Come hang out with the full Performer Staff.
