    The RU Tube thing is not working.. Russia could never really make anything work (except a reliable launch vehicle). When we were kids, there was a parity record called "GO-GO-Radio Moscow", by Nikita The K. I have it somewhere. It kinda sums up what the "Russian Experience" was all about.
