JULY 30th the fourth annual Deathrock BBQ! This has become an awesome Louisville Gothic tradition ever since we first started doing it way back at Sumshee's Family Room.
This year is going to be awesome (as all D.R.B.B.Q.s are). We have two really amazing bands performing this year.
This band is fucking amazing. Definitely for fans of Bauhaus, Joy Division, The Smiths and the Birthday Party. This band will no doubt probably one of the best live bands we have ever had at a Deafixion goth night, no joke. I was super stoked to find them when they emailed me asking for a gig. I definately recommend you check them out.
This band will be quite interesting (as well as impressive to see live). They come from the very niche genre known as "minimal synth". One of the most elusive genres in the Gothic and industrial subculture, minimal synth is also one of the best gems... and CLAPS is definately a shinin
I noted your act of rebellion against musical entertainment business... Definetely uncommon... But, of course, our generation runs for Glory, most of all... My greetings!
