Info Eliza Noh mentions @ 5:20 will help explain the origin of the Y.A.N.A. Project.

The Y.A.N.A. Project (thuh yah-nah prah-jekt), noun:
1. grassroots brainchild of an anonymous but concerned community member and street art activist.
2. street art project promoting awareness and consciousness while utilizing DIY(Do-It-Yourself) methods, functioning independently from any organizations and is somewhat open ended with multifaceted intentions leaving it's ultimate meaning to the people who interact with it.
Although The Y.A.N.A. Project may seem to cater to a particular group, like all things, it is what you make it. Evolution and adaptation is key. If you feel it has a meaning that needs to be made known, feel free to comment and bring awareness to your ideas and concepts. You may also use the Y.A.N.A. Project logo to comment on others' myspace profiles as well as create your own posters, stickers, etc. Thank you for your support and your positive efforts in bringing about awareness and consciousness in the public space.
The intention of this myspace is merely to promote and document sightings of Y.A.N.A. Project street art.
A few recommendations for custom Y.A.N.A. Project promotional tools:
small world buttons
Blackbooks
To make your own stickers, first download the 4 sticker template or the 16 sticker template. Then print onto 8.5 x 11" sticker paper or full sheet labels available at staples or office depot and then cut them out yourself or you can ask to have them printed and cut out there also but it will cost extra.
For posters, simply click the link above and save the image onto a flash drive or blank cd and take it to your closest kinkos, staples or office depot to print it out. To adhere the poster in public, you may brush it on with wallpaper paste using a small hand brush. You may mix in some clear acrylic to make it more weatherproof. The paste and acrylic should be available at your closest Home Depot or Lowes. Paste at your own risk, good luck and thank you!

IKE BROWN
When I lost my mind I found my way
As if I were my problem all along.
The harder I fought, the harder the lessons I was taught.
My heart was so weak, but my head was too strong.
I found myself upset with the world
Because it didn’t see things as I see,
And in every direction I would point the blame
I’d find that three fingers would always point back at me.
If I’m upset with the me I’ve become
Why would I hold to my same frame of mind?
If I really want to change, then I can’t stay the same;
I must leave the old ways behind.
Insanity is running ‘round and ‘round in a circle,
Somehow thinking that it will suddenly go straight.
If I could see myself as we more so than I and me
A bigger, brighter picture would resonate.
