About YANIGGA

YANIGGA whose real name is Yannick Feuze is a cameroonian artist born on 20 May 1983 in Douala. He spent his childhood in Bassa a popular and infamous neighborhood located behind an industrial area. Despite this hostile environment he had an excellent running in school and took one year ahead of his peers. At the age of 16 he left Africa to continue his studies in France. He came to Paris in October 1999 and joined his older brother in one of the towers of “Place des fêtes” a popular neighborhood located in the 19th district of Paris. Despite the bad reputation of the neighborhood YANIGGA thinks he found a better life...

YANIGGA de son vrai nom Yannick Feuze est un artiste camerounais né le 20 mai 1983 à Douala. Il a passé son enfance à Bassa un quartier populaire et mal famé situé derrière une zone industrielle. Malgré cet environnement hostile il suit une scolarité excellente et prend un an d’avance sur ses camarades. A 16 ans il quitte l’Afrique pour continuer ses études en France. Il arrive à Paris en octobre 1999 et rejoint son grand frère dans l'une des tours de Place des fêtes un quartier populaire du 19ème arrondissement de Paris. Malgré la mauvaise réputation du quartier YANIGGA pense avoir trouvé une vie meilleure...

Pour arroser çà il se dit qu’un concert sur une péniche serait du meilleur goût. Oui, mais Pedro n’aime pas le poisson (beurk), Jl est malade en bateau (encore plus beurk), Paco est un pilote de hors bord militant qui n’aime pas les bateaux qui se traînent (il trouve çà beurk) et en plus sofff préfère que le bateau reste à quai au cas où quelqu’un aurait le mauvais goût d’arriver à la bourre (ce serait… ok stop). Résultat ? Vous les retrouverez accompagnés de Rosemary sur la péniche Antipode le 10 décembre à partir de 20h pétantes (le bateau sera à quai mais c’est pas une raison pour être à la bourre) face au 55 quai de Seine, Paris 19ème et le concert sera à 5 euros (une broutille pour un épisode unique façon la croisière s’amuse) On part en live ?
