Yankee Station got its start in the 90's making a name for ourselves in the Jackson MS area as a party band, in other words if you come to a Yankee Station show be prepared to party!
After a 6yr stint playing clubs and parties around the southeast, and getting the opportunity to share the stage with bands like Quiet Riot, Blue Oyster Cult, Lillian Axe, Zebra, Mike Tramp (White Lions Lead Singer) Kiss Army,Yankee Station decided to call it quits for a while, a few members joined other bands while others moved away or just simply took a break.
Well after 7yrs away we decided it was time to crank back up again and we are hitting the ground running, Yankee Station still has a couple of its original members, and has added some youth to the band, we play a good mixture of Blues, Southern Rock, Dance Music, and Rock -n- Roll.
