Influences	We all like a bunch of different stuff, from prog rock to new wave to classical, but the common ground probably includes....... Coldplay, Keane, U2, Simple Minds, Tom Baxter, David Gray, The Killers, Embrace, Athlete, Muse and anything that touches us or musically takes off.
Sounds Like	All the bands that influence us + guitar amps + loops + a big sweeping sound = us.

SATURDAY 25TH APRIL 2009 - KC21 - ALDERSHOT - LAST EVER GIG

YARDEN are a four-piece rock band from the South East of England. The kind of music we play can best be described as anthemic rock with a hint of classic singer-songwriter thrown in but with lyrics which speak of our love and devotion to life and all things good.

We come from the same sonic stable as Coldplay, U2 and Keane but enjoy listening to a whole range of music. We want the music we play to be honest and open, touching lives and changing hearts.

There is no hype, no grand design and no pushy attitude. We are just four simple guys who make music together to express how we feel about God and life.

God has blessed me abundently this year with the right band members, a free practice venue and so many oppertunites that the band is now pritty much like a full time job to me (minus the money aspect LOL!). the reason why i would love to support you guyz is because 1.i love your music 2.you have the best mascot ever! I thought you were amazing regardless of the fact that there wasn't many people in the audience. It was a pretty rough night there and not many people turned up to Keystone at all that evening. Normally the room would have been jam packed to hear your band but not many people turned up that evening for whatever reason.
