We are a Ahwatukee AZ based hardrock/experimental band made up of longtime Phoenix musicians who have come together, to combine different tonal styles and personalities to create something original here in the desert through volume.
Members have had their hands in other local AZ bands over the years such as, bldg5, feral, dependency, toxic knowledge, Chamber 8, 4614, and the anger trade as well as being accomplished studio musicians.
Simplistic, straight forward, in your face twin guitar rock with thought provoking ideals in the place of lyrics........
We write songs for ourselves and our fans, the enjoyment of music is paramount, and our live show is where we expand on the studio works to fit the needs of musical self expression.

The Australian extreme Hydrofoil Oze event was an exciting time for Bryan and Year of the Moth. Bryan and his team filmed this footage and put our music on the video. Year of the moth was featured prominently on many competitor's boats and audio systems. Music from our first release, "Transitions", was first featured on a promotional DVD distributed world wide. We are excited as hell to have these crazy athletes jamming our tunes while they speed across the water. Thank you guys!
