About Years Best Lie (In the Studio!)

The Summer of 2006 was Dynamic.
Years Best Lie was formed by two talented Singer/Guitarists
Matt Vachon and Patrick Kenny on a gut feeling that they
could make some fantastic music together. They began
writing acoustically and soon had the desire to increase
their musical possibilities. Ali Estrada, a funky young bassist,
soon joined the band adding some ethnic flava
to Years Best Lie's mix. To add to this flava burst Mark Boado
joined on the drums completing the band as you know it today.
Years Best Lie has had two digital release EPs: The Worst Case
Scenario EP and EXTRA EXTRA! both released in 2007. The
success of these albums and the fan's response was incredible.
They began playing shows at some of Bostons biggest rock
clubs like The Middle East and Hennessey's gaining
countless friends and fans on the way. Currently they are
working on their first EP to be pressed and physically released
Mid Summer 2008.
