YELLOW STAR, we are MC T-SPICE, EMI KASAI AND DJ OGGY.
DJ OGGY and T-SPICE have known each other prior to T-SPICE first album from playing in same clubs, but they became a friend and YELLOW STAR when DJ OGGY joined T-SPICE first album. The name of YELLOW STAR comes from ambition of the group to be top Asian star. Even though them forte is in HIP HOP, they love all genre, and is experimenting on crossing over to fusion their music with all genre.
Their main stage will be American-Japanese community in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and New York. Usually they play in Asia, such as Japan, Korea, and China. In 2007 summer, they will release them first album and will be touring Japan.
They are starting new music program with Japanese radio station in LA. One of the concept for the new radio show the Yellow Star is working on is to bring in couple of international student to represent themselves to the U.S Japanese community.
