Canadian born , of portuguese origin, Tony Silveira moves to the Island of Pico, Açores ( Azores ), and finds stability between family and nature. After a long road of musical ventures in Toronto, Tony is at the stage of a final mix on his first album. In the ambience of rock, rythm and blues and other influences, his voice can be heard on the mountain top of Pico ( highest elevation of Portugal ) . Working with musician/producer Luis Gil Bettencourt ( one of Nuno Bettencourt's (Population 1) 9 brothers , Tony Silveira is preparing a mini tour to Boston, Mass.,and mainland, Portugal. Like his sister Lilia, a musician on the Toronto music scene, Tony and the Ynot Band works for a little spot in the music world, for the love and passion of music.

Já não é a primeira vez que vejo a banda "Y Not Banda", e sempre que vejo gosto muito, pois acho que são uma banda muito completa (pelo menos no meu ponto de vista), pois quando estão em palco nota-se uma cumplicidade e harmonia entre todos e transmitem isso para o público o que eu acho fenomenal.
