TO DATE, YOED'S COLLABORATIONS WITH FAMED ISRAELI, EUROPEAN AND AMERICAN RECORDING ARTISTS HAS RESULTED IN OVER 180 RECORD ALBUMS. HIS LATEST PROJECT WAS RECORDING IN YAEL NAIM'S ALBUM. IN THIS ALBUM YOED RECORDED ALL THE STRING PARTS USING HIS CELLO ONLY AND TOOK PART IN THE STRING ARRANGEMENTS.
YOED HAS ALSO BEEN KEEPING VERY BUSY IN HIS HOME RECORDING STUDIO USING HIS VAST EXPERIENCE TO RECORD AND SEND CELLO TRACKS/ARRANGEMENTS TO MUSICIANS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD.

Yoed Nir is a musical prodigy from Israel who is considered by many to be one of the top cellists.. Born in Israel in 1980, Mr. Nir is a classically trained cellist who began his music studies at the age of seven in the Tel-Aviv Conservatory and is a 2005 graduate of The Jerusalem Music Academy. His musical talents have won numerous competitions and scholarships, qualifying him for select invitations to study at some of the most prestigious workshops for classical symphonic and chamber music under the tutelage of some of the greatest cellists and conductors of our time. Mr. Nir has been selected again and again to represent his country of Israel, traveling the world for performances with some of the most prestigious music ensembles.
