Let me help you with and give credit to the source of some of these pictures : The collage "Angel" is by Gee Vaucher of Crass, as is the bit about music. In the about me section, a young Sri K.Pattabhi Jois is in Purnamatseyendrasana, and next to him Ramakrishna Paramamamsa is intoxicated with the Holy spirit, the exploding meditator was stolen unashamedly from Whiteheart's profile maybe he knows who painted it, it's the nearest i've come to a pictoral representation of how I feel. Then there's a video of Tony Parsons (www.theopensecret.com), then there's Nick Drake, the totally inspirational Patti Smith, couple of The Mob, Joni Mitchel, and Slint, then Speedo from Rocket from the Crypt, Crass live, Swami Vagishananda chanting and teaching. The Nation of Ulysees followed by Alabama3, then there's "Walls" music by Crass, video by I don't know but thanks all the same. All very close to my heart. At the bottom is Pattabhi Jois, Rolf Naujokat, Ramana Maharshi, the KLF, deoxy.org (The Deoxyribonucleic Hyperdimension) - the other portal of transcendence, Ram Dass, Penny Rimbaud (Penny's the naked guy on the toilet) and Gee Vaucher from Crass/ The Dial House Foundation. The big orange Peace art is from an eighties anarcho punk compilation album released by MDC. Peace! Thanks for visiting, it was a pleasure to have you over.

Yoga Ghost : ANARCHY & LOVE. Posted at 9:17 AM Nov 17 view more
About me: OK more like Casper the friendly Yoga ghost. I could tell you the stories but that's not really interesting, everyone's got stories. Eternity is an instant, total surrender, then opening the heart in trust to the infinite given, Dancing for the pleasure of dancing, not the destination - the journey, staring wide eyed at the imposible wonder of the creation, psychedelic insight without the psychedelics. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga set everything back on track, Wu Wei - flowing effortlessly in trust. There are no mistakes, even the disorder is in order, come back to your breath, inhale the creation, breathe out gratitude. Even in my darkest moments, I was alive. All is God, from the personal to the impersonal awareness and back again. To become aware that one is thinking, that is to enter Brahman, fall back into awareness itself, focus on the source of the "I" thought. Every moment is a Holy moment. Only Love.
Both full and new moon days are observed as yoga holidays in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. What is the reasoning behind this?
Like all things of a watery nature (human beings are about 70% water), we are affected by the phases of the moon. The phases of the moon are determined by the moon’s relative position to the sun. Full moons occur when they are in opposition and new moons when they are in conjunction. Both sun and moon exert a gravitational pull on the earth. Their relative positions create different energetic experiences that can be compared to the breath cycle. The full moon energy corresponds to the end of inhalation when the force of prana is greatest. This is an expansive, upward moving force that makes us feel energetic and emotional, but not well grounded. The Upanishads state that the main prana lives in the head. During the full moon we tend to be more headstrong.
The new moon energy corresponds to the end of exhalation when the force of apana is greatest. Apana is a contracting, downward moving force that makes us feel calm and grounded, but dense and disinclined towards physical exertion.
The Farmers Almanac recommends planting seeds at the new moon when the rooting force is strongest and transplanting at the full moon when the flowering force is strongest.
Practicing Ashtanga Yoga over time makes us more attuned to natural cycles. Observing moon days is one way to recognize and honor the rhythms of nature so we can live in greater harmony with it.

Yoga and Vedanta, action and philosophy, Swami Dayananda Saraswathi honours Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore.
If you prefer the lazy seekers route, maybe you'd like to see Tony Parsons get straight to the point. I hope you enjoy.
thanx for finding me and getting connected! for now and the future I wish you, and the ones you love, lots of joy, support, love & wonder forever!
(bring back love, 2009, http://www.redbubble.com/people/karmym/) natural life is very basic. you don't need a bounty to feel good. feel free to bring back love to everything you think, to everything you speak and to everything you do.
Not too late to get advance tickets for my shows coming up - including two tickets for £5 for my Birmingham gig (3 Nov). And remember I'm playing with Ebb at the ICA in London (9 Nov) - this is a very special performance and it would be great to see you there. /MaJiKer
Peekaboo! All Hallows' Eve Greet Things! and how is ya Afterlife?
"Then further back, higher than the candelabrum, and much higher than the altar, rose the Moloch, all of iron, and with gaping apertures in his human breast. His outspread wings were stretched upon the wall, his tapering hands reached down to the ground; three black stones bordered by yellow circles represented three eyeballs on his brow, and his bull's head was raised with a terrible effort as if in order to bellow."

At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us. ALBERT SCHWEITZER
