About me:
50 years old lives in the mountians of northern VA and is a proficient yoga practitioner and an ever present yoga teacher. Loves to kayak, hike, bike (need to do that more), read, love, grow, succumb to temtation, resist the resistent urgings of my senses and just be.
Former high school teacher, computer salesman, computer programmer, and bean counter. Worked at IBM, MCI, Sprint, US West (before it was quest communications) America Online and Roadstar Internet (my last corporate gig)
