About me: My name is Youji, I am 18 and living in California. I have two great friends that I absolutely adore beyond anything else. I come from a musical family, my real father a musician, my mom naturally able to hold a note, and I'm under the belief that someday my older brother will be famous. My favorite thing to do is write songs and perform, singing anywhere from traditional Japanese songs to indie and pop, most importantly, I believe music can be used as a universal language and love making device. I hope to one day master my Erhu, but we're at war right now, I have an acoustic guitar, but it tends to scream when I touch it. I speak three languages (if you include English as one) and I also am accomplished in martial arts. Recently I've experienced and met life-changing people, people I look up to, more specifically, a group of wonderful people in the band The Slants, haha, it's the honest truth, I really hope the best for all of them! Anywho, my only real goal I have is to leave a part of myself with each person I meet, whether it is good or bad, I think people take a little bit of another person with every encounter through life~ I like to give.. a lot x3 Random acts of kindness to others makes me all squirmy in the knickers. <3 That's about all I have, my fingers hurt from typing.
