I'm music to the bone and Metal in particular.
At the age of 7 I discovered Iron Maiden which opened a world to me I could never get enough of. There was always a splinter in my head that made me detest the norm - to work like a drone, mow your little lawn and fit in without fraction in the pre-made mouldingshape…

After two huge epiphanies, “Piece of Mind” being the first and the genius milestone “Reign in Blood” being the second my eyes opened for real coming across rehearsals of Mayhem with the legendary line-up. That opened up a blacker understanding of the world and I knew two things;
1) That I was different and...
2) What I wanted to do with my life.

Shortly after I founded my first B.M. band, Black Goat together with my dear friend Rob who last year rode a shotgun with me in Devian. The music could best be described as the sounds much like a kitchenblender at work filled with silverware... It was exciting times with the Black Metal scene being on the rise but still so mythic and clandestine that it only belonged to us in it breathing it and living it.

Being tapped for Ophthalamia in -93 to replace Jon Nödtveidt got things going for me and two years later I joined Marduk where I raised hell til end of -03 where I chose to take my leave to focus on being a tattoo artist and take time out from music. I was still very much in love with the life and the scene though, I always loved the life and it was such a fucking fantastic feeling when Century Media chose to help us plant our new flag on the map – Devian.
After one album and 50 European gigs made we're now hard at work in the studio perpetuating the second disc – prepare for fucking annihilation!!!!
