This is all music recorded in 1988. These are Buckethead's earliest multi-track recordings, but it's all there -- the astounding technique, the lyrical beauty, the incredible shredding and popping. The CD booklet includes reproductions of the handwriting on the original tapes, as well as the first-ever Buckethead bio, from 1989. Buckethead drew a crazy cover, showing a young version of himself in a ghostly coop. Available now atYOUNGBUCKETHEAD.COM

Greetings binge buddies! We have many treats for Buckethead enthusiasts here at Avabella Productions! Namely, Young Buckethead Volume 1 and 2 and the newly released Acoustic Shards.
The rare footage on the two Young Buckethead DVDs was shot in San Francisco during 1990 and 1991, just as Buckethead and the Deli Creeps were beginning to play outside of their southern California hometown. The DVDs include three complete Deli Creeps concerts, a soundcheck, some cool backstage shenanigans, and solo footage of Buckethead.

Acoustic Shards
Recorded during the same time as the Young Buckethead DVDs, Acoustic Shards showcases Buckethead alone on acoustic guitar. The music was recorded in real time, without overdubs or effects devices - just Buckethead in a living room, playing a borrowed guitar. Much of it was composed on the spot. The CD includes the earliest-known version of fan faves "For Mom" and "Who Me?" as well as lots of classic riffs and things you've never heard before.
Buckethead himself drew all the artwork for the CD and poster.
