stop deleting your songs! they're wonderful and this is the only place i know of where i can listen to them. unless you're releasing an album soon, you're being evil, not letting me and others enjoy your music. sorry, i'm drunk xxx

Legally that doesnt make absolute sense but the point is there, and as a guide it has some truth. Just because you dont know what youre worth, doesnt mean youre not worth your true value. My real absolute heartfelt opinion is that you are worth a huge amount of money. I always told you that. There are a few bands bouncing about my mind, as the real bands of the next ten years. Youre up there. Someones gonna have to take a risk soon on someone with that kind of potential, that kind of value. Really mate. So pleased to hear youre getting some real recognition.
Joe I just read about your gig last night on musicweek internet site. "Played to a packed industry heavy crowd" - sounds like youre on the cusp of victory mate. Good luck. Just remember this. Whatever they offer you - whoever tries to persuade you its a "good deal". They are 99% likely to be wrong. In regard any percentages in regard your rights, triple them, in regard any money, times it by about 25. If you can't add that up. Ill make it really simple. One million quid advance for you and the three boys, to be divided up totally unequally, one million quid for recording, manufacturing, promoting, touring,with you retaining all online, live and merchandising rights, once the advance has been recouped, and an option for the record company to negitiate them at that point, with no obligation on-u. Plus one million pounds for the publishing rights for the first album, same deal - ie all rights to be defined once advance is recouped. With an absolute non-negotiable right to two more albums in the same proportions, at two million and three million respectively, if the particular bottom line deal that will be available after recoupment is accepted. You get the drift. No-one - not even me - knows whats goign to happen tomorrow, but that dont mean youre not worth two million quid. Full stop.
