About me:
My passion is Jazz, as a way of life. I am an independent journalist who covers jazz concerts, jazz festivals, jazz clubs, CD record release shows as well as jazz or jazz inspired CD's, DVD's and books. The KJA in KJA Jazz Advocate stands for Keep Jazz Alive, cliche I know. However the enthusiastic response I receive from the many jazz artist's I speak to, is inspirational and keeps me believing that what I do is similar to that one grain of sand building an island in the sea. I have always had an interest in writing, I have written short stories, lyrics and poetry. Many of my reviews are published in various webzines. Vinilemania Jazz Review http://www.kjajazzadvocate.com
Who I'd like to meet:
Honest, peace loving, spiritual people who believe that jazz makes the world a better place.

We would love to stay in touch with you - the best way is to sign up for our newsletter. If you would like to hear more tunes of the Jazz Pistols you can check out our homepage and get the Jazz Pistols CDs in our own shop - if you are living in the USA it will be cheaper to get them at CDBaby, Abstract Logix or at iTunes as digital download.

That Trane & Dolphy video is absolutely priceless. The only reason that this music doesn't change the world is because not enough people are really listening!!! Will be in Toronto in January for the IAJE...Will be looking for you! Thanx for the request.
