IN HIS LYRICS HE STARTED TO SPEAK ABOUT HOW HE FELT ABOUT LIFE AND THE MANY OBSTACLES GROWING UP AS A YOUNG TEEN IN HIS AREA. YOUNG MARK'S STYLE IS AGGRESSIVE AND IS THE VOICE OF EVERY HOOD, AND HAS THE CAPABILITY OF REACHING ANY PERSON WHO LISTENS TO HIS MUSIC. YOUNG MARK IS A VOICE FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE STRUGGLE AND ON THE GRIND. BY THE AGE OF 16 HE HOOKED UP WITH HIS PRODUCER NEGRACH, WHO INSPIRED MARK TO PUSH HIMSELF BECAUSE HE BELIEVED MARK HAD THAT SPARK VIRGINIA NEEDED AND ALSO THE ABILITY TO MAKE IT INSIDE THE MUSIC INDUSTRY. Do to the quality of your music, VIP Entertainment would like to invite you to compete at our weekly event: "The VA Lyricist Lounge." Each week we showcase local talents in Music, Comedy & Poetry. We just added a Cash Prize Weekly Competion for Best Performance. This event takes place every week, giving recording artists an opportunity to showcase their music and building a fan base with some consistency. This event occurs every Saturday Night doors open at 9pm. If you plan to attend and/or perform, contact us thru Myspace to reserve your spot in the competition. Every week the best performance winner wins $100, the winners then compete for $1000 at the end of the month. The winners are selected by the audience and special guest judges (Radio Stations, DJs, A&R's, etc.). So come thru and show us what you got. Registration is only $10.Admission to get into the club is $5 before 10pm. Each act receives 5 minutes to perform their best original songs.
