Otisha (19 Years old) known as Young Shay was born and raised in Ohio March 24,1990. When she was younger she would always sing the song lyrics to different genre songs. Shay got introduced in the music career at age 10 and then started to take music more seriously in her teenage years.
The phenomenal woman always loved music and one day decided to be apart of hip hop. She was influenced by the voices of Shawnna, Lil Wayne, Da Brat, Kayne West and Missy Elliot. Shay is a talented young individual with a unique delivery and with aspirations in music.
