Influences
My father, mother and sister indefinitely because they been singing and i listened to them around the house and when they performed and i just picked up on it real quick and started singing and writing. Umm. other than that STEVIE WONDER, AL GREEN, MARVIN GAYE, JOE, TUPAC SHAKUR are some of my other influences.
High Point,NC R&B sensation Snoog was musically inspired at an early age by his mother and his father. With his mother being a sensational gospel singer and his father being an aspiring reggae legend, Snoog was destined to share a similar love for singing but an even greater love for music. Anthony began singing at a very early age of 6, and soon found a new love for R&B and wrote his first songs at 10 years old. Using a dual cassette deck and a plethora of cassette tapes, Snoog found means and recorded his first original song. Snoog took particular interest in artist such as Stevie Wonder, Donnie Hathaway, Al Green, Temptations, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Marvin Gaye at an early age. As the times progressed, a teenaged Snoog became influenced by artist such as Usher, R Kelly, Boyz to Men and Mint Condition. Snoog also was influenced by his sister Trice (D'Vine) as she made her way onto the R&B scene at the age of 15. After many shortcomings from economic and time discrepancies for studio time, Snoog began to work at the age of 14 to buy the studio equipnment that he needed. Snoog began to produce his own R&B music in his own bedroom. Learning how to create unique melodies and farfetched drum patterns, Snoog began to create his own style of music as well as a unique style of singing. As the time progressed he learned different aspects to many important trades such as production, writing, arranging, and engineering. “Learning to record myself helped me out tremendously. It enabled me to be patient with myself and life in general. It also helped me develop a very unique style of creativity”. Now 21 years old, Snoog is a senior in the Mass Communications department, with a minor in Music Business at Winston Salem State University. Balancing school, work and life, Snoog continues to create very sensational music, and is highly favored by his peers, the adult society, as well as the younger generation. ShynOn Entertainment is the label in which Snoog affiliates with that was started by Camden (cousin) and Snoog. Although Snoog is unsigned he continues to grind and push forward selling mixtapes, beats, as well as songs. Snoog is currently working on his second solo mixtape comprised of genuine soulful originals, as well as the hottest R&B remixes. Life is full of golden opportunities, but it f you ask Snoog, he’ll tell you all he needs is one. God Bless

What's good Snoog? I was introduced to your music by one of my former colleagues Flex the E when you had It's Okay Girl out on Soundclick back in the early 2000 timeframe. The only thing I can say is keep up the good work and always stay positive while doing your work.
