Youngstown Local Music is a non-profit organization that plans and sponsors music events in downtown Youngstown such as Vexfest, JonesFest, Party On The Plaza, and performances at Central Square. Its main function is to help promote the music scene in the Youngstown area. Contribute by letting YLM know when and where you're playing and your shows will be posted on the calendar. If you have a poster for an upcoming show we will add it to our page and also send bulletins containing upcoming show information. We are trying to help spread the word as much as we can so please keep us updated!
Just wanted to give BIG THANKS to everyone who made it out to barleys last night, all our fans and friends you guys made it a great show and we couldn't do what we do without you! Thanks for all the love and support, and spreading the good word about us 5 elements. I noticed alot of new faces in the crowd and alot of returning faces as well and lots of people singin along to our songs! That means the world to us and makes us strive harder at what we do! Also big thanks to Jones 4 for having us and for playing an amazing show and being great friends as well, we always have a good time with ya'll and here's ta many more! 5 Elements Cd-dvd Release Party @ Vexfest! Thats right errbody! The long over due cd-dvd will be released on Aug 17th @ the lovely Vexfest 5 right in the center of the one in only city that we're from YOUNGSTOWN! We said bluck a tradional release party in favor for a free show that all ages could attend and have a good time and what better time than Vexfest5! So here it comes Youngstown the 1st Album from 5 Elements titled...wait for it....5 Elements! See ya there. Brr

Thursday night Home Grown Battle of the bands! Show starts at 6p.m. with the Zou kickin things off followed by Grey Dealer (skrulls!) , And then someband we have never even heard of Col. Stashkey... er uh Captain Braskey, yeah something like that. And then right around the time planet Nibieru eclispes the moon (9:45 ta 10:30) we, the Fantastic 5 Elements (not skrulls!) will rock the stage! Then Grand Fury will close the night down after us. So come on out thursday night in front of the eastwood mall to the M.V.Rib burn off for the Cd 93. 3 the wolf's HomeGrown Battle of the Bands! Its a battle so bring yo guns! BOH! BOH! BOH!
