Books
Ah books...I consistently wish I read more...Like most things in my life my tastes in literature are also quite varied. I like books based in a victorian setting, many that would fit into the 'Steampunk' genre of literature...I also enjoy reading books based around serial killers, both fictional and non-fictional as well as classic novels by such authors as H.G Wells, Jules Verne, Oscar Wilde etc...and finally/mostly, I enjoy graphic novels, particularly the 30 Days of Night Series By Steve Niles, The Serenity & Buffy Novels By Joss Whedon and Co, Alan Moores novels including the League of Extrordinary Gentlemen novels, The Killign Joke, V For Vendetta... and pretty much anything Marvel and DC that I like the look of...
Heroes
My family, I have what few have in the world of today and I am thankful and extremely appreciative of this fact...I have many musical influences and people I would inevitably like to meet one day but even for them, "Heroes" gives them too much credit compared to my family...
"Little girls, this seems to say, never stop upon your way, never trust a stranger-friend, no-one knows how it will end...As you're pretty, so be wise! Wolves may lurk in every guise! Now, as then, it's simple truth, sweetest tongue has sharpest tooth!" - Little Red Riding Hood

...Of The Moment:
Band: This is a massive toss up between several different bands at this point in time... I Am Ghost, Emilie Autumn, Mois Dix Mois and The Vincent Black Shadow... Why?: IAG because they are set to release a new album Oct 7th and what ive heard so far ive really liked, I loved their previous album and ep, this upcoming album sounds like ti will be different but not worse and im excited to hear the direction they have taken since the last record. Emilie Autumn because I am seeing this stunning woman live on Oct 3rd in Birmingham and cant wait despite going all on my todd. M10M because I recently played an album of theirs that I hadnt listened to in a while and it reminded me how much I love this band. TVBS because Ive liked this band for a while and after hearing clips of their new album that has just been released I cant wait to have enough money to buy it, some really awesome sounding tracks. All these bands can be found in my top friends I believe...except M10M because they havnt accepted my friend request from 2 years ago...lol.
Song: 'Ether' By AFI Why?: Its a reasonably brand new song (its been leaked for several months but is yet to be officially released) from AFI's upcoming, and currently unreleased e.p that has been delayed for ages, in fact its quite possible now that their next album will be released before the e.p according to jades blog...either way im excited, mainly because this song reminds me much more of Sing The Sorrow era AFI as opposed to thier most recent album DecemberUnderground, which is my personal least favourite album of theirs despite it still being an ok album...
Movie: Sweeney Todd Why?: Recently bought it and saw it again for the first time since I saw it at the cinema, very good film, there are much better Burton films but this is still pretty good and the songs get stuck in your head for a fair while...
TV Series:Smallville Why?: New season just started...its awesome...its a young Superman...watch it...
Game:Red Stone Online Why?:Back to basics mmorpg, nothing overly good about the graphics but the game play is enjoyable and addictive with always something to be doing or a new goal to aim for, if you join this game my user name is "Highwayman".
Book: 'The Killing Joke'By Alan Moore Why?:Another awesome novel from one of my favourite writers Alan Moore (League of Extraordinary Gentleman, V For Vendetta, From Hell, Watchmen...) and was one of the graphic novels from which the late Heath Ledger based his performance as The Joker on for The Dark Knight...and it shows, a great novel, if not too short but worth the read, great story and well illustrated.

Who I'd like to meet:
Any like minded individuals, those with a fascination for Gothic/Punk/Victorian/Steampunk/Deathrock/Psychobilly music or fashion etc...
I'm all good, aside from a killer cold -.-. I work and pose and play all day ^^. I run an online lingerie/fetish shop, occasionally pose for pictures, and still go clubbing whenever I can. I'm also organising a fetish fashion show at the moment xD
Aww hope you get better soon! I wanted to go to that gig - no money though :P Typical! Lucky you meeting her twice! What's she like?
And thank you :) I had a lovely birthday - this weekend just gone Nathan and I celebrated it by going to Nottingham to the Pit and Pendulum - that is by far my favourite pub in the world :) I also dragged him to White Post Farm... like you do :P
Anyway, things are good with me :) Currently at school... I'm actually getting the hang of this thing we've been doing in music, recently :) Last year I spent the entire year worrying about how much I was going to fail it!
Well you didnt miss much. We had Kelvin again....it was like we were slowly dying. And since I was hyper on sugar, I couldnt keep still - he gave me the death glare several times. Loads of fun that was :D
I read one of your blogs a while ago and I was very interested to read about 'Gotham by Gaslight' - I managed to find this in a comic book shop yesterday and was very interested in it but I had no money...
I don't suppose I'd be able to borrow it at some point?
