We are a Film Society located in the heart of Dalston, London. We specialise in unique film events and screenings of unusual and eclectic cinema at various venues. As well, we function as a film production group that works with filmmakers and artists on their film and art projects. We also provide a consultancy service to businesses and individuals requiring films for research and reference purposes. Our archive carries over 3,000 world cinema, cult, indie, classics and obscure films on DVD format. We have worked with the BFI, Tartan Films, White Cube Gallery and a variety of artists such as Christian Marclay, Tim Noble and Sue Webster, as well as fashion designers and musicians.
After six fun years of business as a video shop in the Shoreditch area, TODAY IS BORING has now relocated to Dalston and we've changed what we do! We have moved into film production, events, promotion and consultancy.We are no longer a "video shop". Our film archive is still available for research and reference purposes.
