Some time in the winter of 2006, You Tel Aviv was birthed in the filthy basement of the once-renowned Outhouse. The grimy walls and low beams whispered about the killer shows they had been witness to, ages ago. "Hey, the Red Light Sting played here once, it was fucking rad," said the Outhouse. You Tel Aviv said, "We can put on a show for you guys," banged their heads on the ceiling and wrote songs about outer space or oceans. "We can play overly complicated punk rock! It will be fun," said You Tel Aviv. The Outhouse was somewhat impressed.
