Our sister project, the Kcafe at Ktown skate park is open Wed thru Saturday for youth sessions.
This summer we have run a host of
BMX and skate comps, so congratulations to everyone who took part and the winners...
We also are running an arts project celebrating skate culture in August and October half term. So far we have resprayed the bus, designed decks and run canvas workshops...

About me: The Youth Cafe project a.k.a The Magic Bus has been in operation around the borough of Richmond for over three years. Best described as a youth club on wheels, we offer a safe place place for young people to hang out as well as access information in areas with little or no youth provision.
WHAT WE UP TO?
Services and information young people can access on the bus are, free and confidential sexual health info and condom distribution, info on drug and alcohol misuse and harm reduction, as well holding info on other local and youth friendly services.
Fun stuff we have organised in the past year have been easter programs with activities including bowling, cinema and lazer quest, a skateboard comps at King's Field Skatepark and a 6 day residential to Newquay, Cornwall where we took a group of 10 young people to learn to surf.
