What was the reason behind the formings of Youth Crew Records?
The reason we got together was because we were at a show with all these metal bands called "new school", a whole bunch of bands you really wouldn't want to see, we don't even know why we were there... It was 1996.
We said that hardcore sucks now! After two years (July '98) we decided to start a record label and have fun.
"Youth Crew" Records it's really positive. We saw that a lot of kids in the scene liked what we were doing and a lot of kids were into the same type of music we are into, which is the late 80's hardcore style. A lot of kids who got into hardcore in the late '90's, they got into hearing metal. They never even sampled hardcore.
We just try to produce the style of hardcore that young kids weren't hearing anymore.
We're glad that kids are getting into it. It's not only "old school", it's just the hardcore we enjoy to produce.

First release of the label pressed in 1000 copies and repressed in other 1000 copies after six months... Powerful XXX hardcore with a touch of melody.

Spiritual hardcore-rockish with Dario of Fumbles In Life on vocals. After their ep "Make a move" (2004) they're come back with an intense album; the melody penetrates you and drives their message in a big way. The music is incredibly hardcore with the right combination of tempos. For fans of Shelter and Ignite!

"I love these guys it’s like they came straight out of ‘88. Needless to say i’m stoked as hell to get this out right now aswell. Almost a year in the make, Covers are still in the process of being to print so sadly i can’t show a preview of the coverart, but it looks ace and the overall package will hopefully make the record worth the wait. The whole record has a real wishingwell vibe i’d like to think, maybe if you you like shizz like Insted, UC, Unity, YOT and also stuff like Dag Nasty and Unit Pride maybe it’ll do something for you
