About me:

This site is dedicated to "BAND-VAN" the 5th behind the scenes and original member of the Canadian Punk band YOUTHINASIA.
Upon entering their fall 2006 Eastcoast "Dick Rawk Tour" the group's long term friend fell on hardtimes. With major illness bed-ridding B.V. the group was forced to make a serious decision. They postponed the tour a week and began searching out other possible methods of transport. When all resources were exhasted the group made a desperate plea to their old friend. Knowing the seriousness of the situation, Band-Van, like the true friend he is, pulled himself up off of the hospitol bed, torn the I.V. from his veins and put his life (and his passenger's lives) on the line, for one last historic journey to Canada's rugged Eastern seaboard, to face the heart of hurricane season and the approaching winter.
This site is dedicated to the memory of Band-Van. If you have every seen the van in action, sat in it, drank in it, drugged in it, or made love in it, this site is a place for you to leave your recollections and encouragement to a dedicated member of YOUTHINASIA. Without Band-Van, none of this would have been possible..
