The Northeast Climate Confluence is a week long gathering of movements, groups, and individuals to share ideas and skills, strengthen our relationships, and strategize for action. The same system that wages a daily war on our communities is poised to destroy our very lifeblood: the earth, the water, our food, and our cultures. The power to stop this destruction already flows through our roots, and by combining our knowledge and energy we will create real solutions to the problems that face our families, our communities, and our planet.

An important part of the confluence will be the Youth Track, a series of workshops & skill-shares organized by and for youth. Any young person or youth group can propose or organize an event at the confluence. Your ideas & knowledge are very important! Our generation will see the worst effects of environmental destruction and we have the power to act!

All week long, we’ll be camping in either tents or cabins at the gorgeous Epworth Center in High Falls, NY. We can help with camping gear if you don’t have it. And if you pre-register, we can help you get a ride there. We’re asking for $50 for each participant, but no one will be turned away, & if you & your family can afford to give more, that will be appreciated. There’s fundraising materials available to help you collect money from friends & family to attend. Please get more info from:
