First of all, thanks a lot for adding/accepting us as your friend.
We are not a band or an act, we actually fresh event organizer for gigs, art event or anything accept weeding or engagement event. Haha.
The founder of this club is the president herself and her friend. And at the beginning, they don't put organizing gig as priority because this club actually focusing on doing extreme activities like skateboarding, wall climbing, camping and all sort of outdoor activities.
We just start our club on December 2008; its still a "baby" learning and taking his babysteps slowly.
In early 2009, we want to do some fun yet meaningful event like charity works but at the same time, people can enjoy on that event...so they come up with doing charity gig
FYI, we just finished with our first grand event which is a charity gig for Gaza. It was a total awesome and it turn out to be the highlight event of this year.
And now, Youth X-treme Club or known as YXCis a event organizer club which manage great event for all of youth out there. We will organize gig, art exhibition, screening for indie movies and short film, charity works and so on.
Our mission is to gather all independent youth community from all sort of life stage in our event as to prevent the youth from doing immorale activities. We practise "no drugs, no alcohol, no free-sex, no violence" motto. And as you all know, we always hand in hand supporting our local indie scene.
Our vision is to let the youth enjoying themselves with right and positive methods. We will always give the youth our great awesome and coolest event and will be their highlight event of every year. We also wants to help new rising bands by giving them exposure as they needed and of course we want to expend the local indie music scene to be known not only by youth but also by adults.
