Hey bro...my dad told me about the new DVDs. Can't wait to try them! Hope you get them available by the first of the year 'cuz there will be ALOT of people making New Year's resolutions and YRG is just the thing to help them succeed.
Tip to jack up the intensity of YRG- open ones hands as much as possible comfortably activates arm muscles and flexing ones toes into the mat also comfortably activates all the leg muscles. Works like a charm and pumps the intensity of the workout way up! Way up!

just wanted to say hello, and let you know that i am on my second week of yrg 20 minute workout, i have picked the workout up quickly, working it 3 times a day mon, wed, and fri along with some strength training tue, and thu and i have lost 3 pounds already. I am starting to feel better, more relaxed, and less stressed.
i have also noticed that when i do feel stressed i find a quite place, and drop into the child position for a few moments and i feel it all just go away.

I just wanna say thanks because of Your YRG Program (and a diet LOL) I was able to Lose 19 lbs in 41/2 weeks before i had my knee surgery yesterday. Cant wait to do YRG after i begin my rehab and able to bend my knee again. So thanks for coming up with such a great program.
Hey Page! Just wanted to let you know Im using YRG and plan on doing it everyday, until I leave for Basic, but right now Im using it to get down the 17 pounds I gotta use to enlist! Im going into the Marines! Im going to be hardcore on the YRG bro I may do it twice a day until I cut that weight!
hey DDP: Another killer workout in playa Vista today. A couple more workouts like that and i can almost make it through Marine Corps bootcamp again, even though i am a lot older now!( how much older? ican't remember)and don't want to know. All i know is that YRG is holding back the hands of time!!!
