MySpace a place for friends

YRU was formed in 2006 when Philipp Beyeler (Drums), Michael Trittibach (Guitar), and Christian Wenger (Bass), who had all grown up and already played together, decided to continue and start up a proper band. Soon Lars Uebersax (Hammond-Organ) joined the guys but they still needed a singer and another Guitarist. Before the year was over they found their voice in Stefan Caduff and Daniel Dummermuth a friend of Lars joined them to be the Lead Guitarist. That is when they really started to make an impact in the Bern Switzerland area. It isn't necessarily a wild stage performance that captures the audience so much as the unique sound.

In March 2008 the first CD "Follow the signs" was released. Short time after in Oktober 2008 the Video to the song "Song for erveryone" followed and aired on VIVA and still airs on SF2. Since middle of the year 2009 the work on the second CD has started.
