--When Young Thugg hit the rap scene several years ago with his hot sound all hell broke loose. Why, you may ask, well, primarily because there had never been a Bay Area hip-hop/rap artist with his sound and style. Young Thugg provides you with lyrical food for your mind while simultaneously telling you how it was, how it is and how it will be.
Now, as one of the toughest and tightest emcees to ever grip the mic, Young Thugg wants to be the front man and is on the move to jump-start his solo career with his unprecedented 2nd album "Bay Walkin' Thugg Talkin'".
The charismatic Young Thugg has risen up from the hard streets of San Francisco's Hunter's Point where, after the death of his beloved mother, he was orphaned at the age of 9 years old. His love for the Bay Area is strong and originates from his being moved around from Bay Area group home to group home all of his childhood years and throughout most of his teens. And after the death of his older brother Shawn (RIP) at 15 years old he was left to the streets. The Bay Area streets is the only home he has ever known.
With all of his losses, mother, brother and many friends, and the shuffling through the Justice System - Young Thugg has the pain, the joy and the hype that he has experienced throughout his 29 years which reflects in his lyrics, his rhythm and his style. He is a storyteller like no other! He can make you feel as if you were there that moment - living it!
Young Thugg's lyrical genius is contagious - You can't get enough of his hard rhymes and rhythmic unique voice.
It has been a long and bumpy road for Young Thugg many losses, plenty of disappointments but it all has been worth it -
