Yukihiro Fukutomi(Musician/DJ/producer)
Yukihiro Fukutomi has released until now solo projects
on different labels in different countries like
King Street Sounds in the US, JCR(Jazzanova Compost records) in Germany,
Hospital in England, Irma in Italy etc.
His unique production style rooted in house music mixing
different tastes from jazz, soul, latin, brazilian to techno have
conquered the likes of Gilles Peterson to Danny Krivit,
his productions have been selected in DJ charts
and playlists of all musical genres and have been licensed to
more than 50 DJ compilations, making Yukihiro fukutomi as a key artist
connecting deep house and future jazz.
After his latest original album "Equality" (File records),
inviting different producers like Kyoto Jazz Massive,
Sunaga Tatsuo, Jazzatronik, Yoshizawa Hajime,
Fujimoto Kazuma (orange pekoe) he produced and released
the Isabelle Antenna japanese album project "French Riviera".
And, in April 2007, he released on Avex his remix compilation
"The Transformer - Yukihiro Fukutomi remix works"
featuring his best 20 remixes from Japanese to foreign artists
including Famous pops artist in Japan to Arto Lindsey
to celebrate his more than 100 remixes works.
