The Yums are a mellow alternative acoustic band, melting people where ever they play, with joe’s slippery fingers oozing experience like he’s been here before, and lisa’s voice that smoothes and scratches that itch for you beautifully.
The Yums have had a busy first year and 2008 has kicked off well. With over 70 gigs under their belt, inc Acoustic Stage at Eastern Haze Fest 2007, Future radio sessions, BBC Radio Norfolk Session, Waxfest and gigs in Norwich Cambridge and London.
Their influences are blues and rock....in their spare time they are looking for a percussionist eventually to add to the yoghurty tongue spanking set to recreate the recordings being done in the back of a disused warehouse on the docks.
www.theyums.co.uk is the yumyum official website and is updated with our latest gigs, pictures and info...check it out and say hullo.....also why not requesta yum badge, cd or jelly beans while you're at it?
Keep your eyes orange peeled as this space is constantly updated, with pictures galore and more wonderful tales of trippingage.

I remeber seeing you at Eastern Haze 2007, I think I might have been on before or after you with 'the24thofjune'.
Let me know if you want to play down Wensum Lodge sometime as I'm hosting down there once a month.
