Born Latavia 'Ellz' Cole in a small town that clings to the Eastern border of Pennsylvania, & near New York City . Many years ago her town was known as "Gunzwick" because of the hardships the city has faced; due to violence and gangs; She spent 11 years there. Her mom have then moved her younger brother, sister and 'Ellz" to a place called Middletown, Nj; This is where she fell in love with music.
Her music she have created in the back room of her house is partially about her life story, obstacles, and what she have accomplished. She says her music is not quite the grandchild of either Hank Williams or Bill Monroe, the sounds she alternately loved and hated growing up. It is only a cousin to the Hip Hop, Rap, & R&B music streaming out of her car windows and up and down the dirt roads of her teenage years.
