At the age of 19, Yuridia had become one of Mexico's top selling artists, with her debut record achieving diamond status, an accomplishment only paralleled in the last ten years by superstar Luis MiguelThe choice of repertoire, coupled with Yuridia's voice, has made the album a sales success in Mexico, and there should be a reaction stateside as well. Surprisingly, the best track here may be "Angel," a Spanish version of the Robbie Williams single that is rich and complex, but still allows Yuridia to shine.
