I'm a professionnal guitarist since 1993 and I've been playing in different bands from rock to jazz-rock, studio sessions and also a lot of duet gigs with some singers from my place.
I've spent several months in India since 2006, travelling and above all meeting musicians, learning, sharing and understanding basis of raga and the use of the numerous indian modes (melakartas & thaats). I've set my heart on Mumbai (Bombay) where traditional music is often mixed with western style, that I like very much.

Je suis guitariste professionnel depuis 1993 et j'ai joué dans différentes formations allant du rock au jazz-rock en passant par le bal, des séances studio et de nombreux concerts en duo avec des chanteurs locaux.
J'ai passé plusieurs mois en Inde depuis 2006, par goût du voyage et surtout pour rencontrer des musiciens, apprendre, partager et m'initier aux bases du raga ainsi qu'à l'utilisation des nombreux modes indiens (melakartas & thaats). J'ai jeté mon dévolu sur Mumbai (Bombay) où la musique traditionnelle se marie aisément à la musique jouée à la façon occidentale, un vrai bonheur pour les amateurs de couleurs & sonorités nouvelles.

En 1993 comencé mi carrera como guitarrista profesional, desde entonces he trabajado diversos estilos musicales: rock, jazz-rock, música popular y sesiones de estudio. También he ofrecido múltiples conciertos en dúo con cantantes del Valle del Loira, mi región.
Pasé gran parte del año 2006 en la India con los objetivos de descubrir ese país, compartir, aprender y especialmente para conocer a sus músicos, iniciarme en las bases de raga y formarme en técnicas y escalas hindúes (melakartas & thaats). Me llamó especialmente la atención Mumbai (Bombay), lugar donde la música tradicional se fusiona mágicamente con ritmos occidentales, un auténtico placer para los amantes de nuevos estilos y texturas musicales.
