About me:
The 6th ST Gallery is a contemporary fine art gallery housed in the YWCA of Greater Kansas City's recently renovated multi-functional facility in downtown Kansas City, KS close to Stawberry Hill. We host art openings every 2nd Friday of the month and various cultural events in our Black Box Theater. Events ranging from local documentary screenings, small theater productions, performance art, dance performances (Alvin Ailey, Owen/Cox and Kacico), independent film festivals, author readings ( Greg Mortenson, Steve Lopez) live music, and lectures. The facility is also available for rent for special occasions, upscale dinners and luncheons with in-house catering provided by our Corner Coffee Cafe. The theater can hold 200 people. Who I'd like to meet: The public, artists, national touring exhibits, dance companies, small theater companies, authors, musicians(starting a jazz series), indie film producers, potential film festivals, poets/storytellers and any other motivated creative people. Also any organizations willing to partner to support the YW's mission: eliminating racism, empowering women and girls.

Hey whats up I just wanted to tell you about my new blog. Basically the idea behind my new blog is that the readers will create the story and the characters. And I will write it for them. I will write an entry and at the end of each entry the readers will comment to me about what they want to happen next. Im just starting it so id like to invite you to help me create the main character and the plot. I really hope you will get involved in the fun.
Yah, but the local dealer does not have the 09 models out on display yet. I don't think we would be able to have the custom pink paint job completed by Christmas anyway. We here for the holidays, we get to do that every other year. Mom is coming from KC and Kat is coming from LA. Should be good, we are just completing a major kitchen remodel and their pending arrival has kept up our momentum. Anyway, in general I love Christmas time!
Wow! Happy Birthday Desi. :) I wish I could have been there - are you going to post pictures? I have never seen Stella this excited about Christmas. Such a little helper these days. I think she is trying to get in Santa's good graces, her list is pretty long! ho ho ho
