| About Zachari Cahn |

I've been playing guitar, singing and writing songs for almost 20 years. I've performed and toured all along the United States west coast and all through Arizona. My songs are stories of love and loss, growth and authentic experience, and rediculous childhood mishaps. I often attempt to paint pictures with my songs that explore what and wherever my journey is at any particular moment . Songwriting and performing are celebratory places for me to explore both my experience and expectations, as well as my evolution as a guitar player and a profound opportunity to touch my true voice.
I sometimes play with minimal effects, and sometimes delve into loop world, laying melodies and harmonies, with counter melodies and harmonies, solos, bass lines and rhythmic accompinament. It all depends on the venue, my mood and the communication with the audience.
I have 2 CD's out, with 2 more in the can. I play out frequently, and play professionally and/or just for fun with various people/bands when the opportunity presents, including Tim Bluhm, Steve Poltz, David Mulligan, David Cameron and Rob Sims. (myspace.com/timbluhm, stevepoltz, davidmulligan).
