Sure let a movie stand on it's own rights; BUT, the screen writer is part of the movie and if the writer chooses to be faithful to the original then "made for children" isn't an excuse. It's reality. Besides, I'm glad the screenwriter didn't try to Matrixize or Lordify Lewis' story. I can't think but they would have royally screwed it up. Lucas, however, was giving a lame excuse.
