Now back by even popular demand than before, Zach Birnbaum is bringing back the smooth Mayerish voice and funky folk guitar for the new album that will be titled Still Trying. Hopefully this new album will be done by the end of the summer, Zach Lives in Ithaca NY, and attends School at Ithaca College. Even though he is not a music major he still loves to devote most of the free time he has to his music ( that is of course after studying for 1000000000 hours). Born in 1988 in a small town in Iowa Zach was raise in Richmond VA where he became friends with Jim Ivins (www.myspace.com/thejimivinsban) the two had been good friends since kindergarten... but that's just boring stuff.... Haha SORRY! I'm working hard to make sure all four songs are the best they can be. I've been having to do these sessions in blocks of two hours and I have to wait a week in between. As of now I essentially have two that are 100% done and I still need to put additional girl vocals on one and then the fourth I have to re-record completely but its just acoustic guitar and vocals so its not too bad. It won't be much longer I promise!

Hey there, long time no talk.. seriously, I hope all is well with you. I see and hear you've been writing some new stuff, I think it just keeps getting better and better, more than i remember. Last time I talked to you was quite a few months ago, I mentioned to you I was pregnant. Well, here's and update for you... I had my baby February 19, 2008. A beautiful baby girl, she and I are both healthy and doing well. She was born a few weeks early. My boyfriend and I have been together for a year today and our relationship is still strong, we're happy and love each other very much. That's just a brief update for you. Keep up the good work, i'll catch ya later.
