Now for a little about the Music and Mission...
Did you ever read a Bio with a bunch of adjectives that you didn’t fully understand, descriptions of musical styles that make no sense and superlatives that made you believe that someone was paid to write it?
I tried writing one of those but I ended up not believing what I wrote about myself...
The bottom line is that I love music...I took piano lessons as a kid and hated them...I quit playing before I graduated high school...my mom always had music playing in the house so I grew up with a steady diet of Carly Simon, The Beatles, Amy Grant and Don Henley...I like listening to The Beatles, Keith Green, The Eagles and almost any 90’s Alternative Rock.
I think Coldplay has described their music best as "very heavy soft rock". I like to believe that my music can be described like that as well.
I think a great song is one of the most amazing things there is...
I think music should have a message and the message is more than just the marriage of melody and lyrics...
The most important message is that we are all sinners in need of a Savior and God has given us just that in His Son Jesus Christ...
If you believe this message then you should be living it...I think we should be striving for there only to be One Life Between Us and Christ...I would like to know what that means to you...
If you don’t believe that you have sinned and Christ can save you, I would encourage you to listen to the music and think more about the message...
