My Mom and Pops made me. Grandparents helped them raise me. HFL & my brother Mario grew up with me. I loved Public Enemy,NWA,LL cool J in 1991. Ione showed my how to write lyrics in 1993. Natty Roots gave me my first book on Selassie in 1994. Dj Drez was gettin me into 21 and over shows when i was 16. Biggie Smalls(ready 2 die) and Raekwon (only built 4 cubin links) confirmed i had to hustle 2 get mine. Nas (illmatic) and KRS 1 (sex & violence) paved the way for my vision. Wu Tang and Heiroglyphics had a major impact on my get down. June 22’s production made me Orange County offical. I linked up w/CA & KBH 1998. Our process consists of stripping the old bikes and powder coating the frames and forks.
Through collaborations with various artists we custom design the bike and helmet artwork so that each bike/helmet is unique and thus re-invented. Bikes will have new components that pertain to safety, such as brakes, wheels, tires, pedals and grips. We will also assemble completely recycled bikes with anything we don't use in this process and donate them to homeless individuals and organizations that support them.
Our purpose is environmental conservation by inspiring the youth to think creatively while working with what we already have and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle through bicycle culture.
