Mid 2006 Babis Kaisas(guitarist from Greece)sents Alan Kelly(ex-SHY drummer,in the UK)an instrumental track to have a listen.Kelly returns with a finished version of the track.Zandem is born,named after what Kaisas' grandma used to call him,meaning "My Crazy 1".throughout the 2nd half of that year Zandem keep putting down ideas that make their 1st Self Titled demo,consisting of 9 tracks.in late 2006 Dave Deeley(ex Karrallon basist)takes the lead singer spot,and records 7 songs with them,all previously recorded with Kelly on vocals as well.early 2007 and after the Self Titled demo appears with 3 songs with Deeley's voice,he is no longer part of the project.Zandem continue with their original line up,putting down ideas.in May 2007 they also shoot their 1st and only video together,shot by the "family" in Looe/Cornwall.the video was "Cold Feelings". Summer 2007,they release their 3rd version of the Self Titled demo,which now has 10 tracks,with Kaisas' guitars recorded with Kelly's facilities.September '07 Kelly leaves the project wanting to work on his own ideas,since in Zandem they were mostly Kaisas'.Kaisas tries to continue the "Zandem legacy" on his own,learning how to do everything on his own,from scratch,and releases in late 2008 "The 3 Eras" demo,which has 3 songs from each era of the project,with Kelly,Deeley,and himself singing.shortly later Kaisas decides to leave the "Zandem" project to what it really was,the Greek-Brit collaboration,and decides to use his own recordings as a solo artist/songwriter.mid 2009 "The Lost Sessions" appears,closing the Zandem chapter with 16 recorded songs in versions never appearing in any demo beofore,some of them with Dave Deeley on vocals as well.
Zandem received pretty good reviews for a project that was done through the Internet mostly,recorded at "home".when they sent "Cold Feelings" to High Octane radio/Texas,it appeared at No 3 on the playlist on it's 1st day!!!at somepoint producers Beau Hill(Ratt,Warrant,Winger,Kix),and Keny Lewis(Stryper,Stephen Pearcy)wanted to mix some of the band's material.

I hope you are doing great my friends... and i hope you are copeing with MJ's flight into the heavens.... We are all sadden and hurt.. but we must keep the faith.. as Michael Says, and keep going and show how he has touched our lives. I'am proud to be a Michael Jackson Fan...from the beginning to the end.. i have never lost faith in Mike and i never will... Please allow me to walk beside Michael and be like a shadow to him... I'am happy that individuals feel that i sound like him,, and remind them of his sweet voice... But there is only one Michael Jackson, and their will never be another... He's a icon of epic porportions... I'am glad to of been the generation that got to see him up close and witness his magic... I'am always thinking of you Michael day and night.. and i only hope you are looking down on us, and never leave us alone....for we are not alone... You have givin us the opportunity to see the limits of Gods power when he bless someone with a Gift... You are surely a work of Art, a Masterpiece that is glorious to behold. Your entire body would execute moves that would boggle the mind... and dazzle one's eyes. How can we not watch you when you are in your Zone.
